Melissa Lipschinski, the Proprietor, has been in the conveyancing industry since 2001.
Melissa is a Registered Conveyancer with a wealth of conveyancing experience and loves her job as she finds it very rewarding. She enjoys meeting new people and every file is treated individually with care to make her client feel relaxed and at ease with the knowledge their file is in the best hands and getting a professional service. Her passion is to strive to make the settlement as hassle free and stress free for her clients as possible. The biggest headache you will have is packing to move!
An advantage which Melissa has with her conveyancing experience is that she is also very knowledgeable with interstate conveyancing. With close to 4 years experience working for a firm that completed conveyancing transactions all across Australia, a lot of time in particular was spent working on settlements in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. This experience helps her to communicate the South Australian conveyancing procedure with her interstate clients by comparing the different stages involved.
Your Choice Conveyancing is situated close to the CBD and can attend to the conveyancing on any real estate transaction located in South Australia.
As it can be very difficult to make an appointment to sign the required paperwork, all documentation can be forwarded to the client by either post or email, where they can go through it in their own environment and at their own pace.
Any queries can be forwarded to the office by phone or email, where they will be responded to as promptly as possible.
If you have a question that you would like answered, please call Melissa now to personally discuss or email her at email@example.com.
